Inaugural Connect Africa Summit 2018: CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED with a BIG BANG!!
Extensia are pleased to confirm the launch of the inaugural Connect Africa Summit (CAS) which will take place on September 11th-12th Durban, South Africa. This important agenda reflects the need to take a holistic view of Africa’s connectivity agenda. According to the ITU’s ICT Development Index (IDI), Africa recorded the lowest IDI value in 2017. Of the 38 African countries included in the survey only Mauritius ranks within the top half of the global index and 28 African countries fall within the Least Connected Country Quartile.
