In order to enhance the success of its operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where it operates since 28 November 2018, Konnect Africa, African subsidiary of Eutelsat, the satellite Internet connectivity provider, dispatched a delegation to the country on July 2, 2019.
During his three-day working visit, the delegation comprised of Béatrice Beau, Broadband Global Vice-President Jean-Claude Tshipama, Africa Broadband Chief Executive Officer Philippe Oliva, Director Eutelsat group, Philippe Baudrier, sales manager Broadband Global and Sarah Perez, marketing director Broadband Global, exchanged, shared and strengthened the competitiveness capabilities of the company’s commercial partners in terms of market penetration.
By reiterating its commercial policies and objectives to its trading partners, Konnect Africa wants to make sure that they help it achieve its ambition of making it easier for Congolese to access broadband Internet, a pledge profitability of its investment .
“Congo is a big country, but unfortunately it does not have broadband Internet everywhere. And our goal is to cover the entire territory within twelve to thirteen months, “said Beau.
