The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has postponed its cross border secondary listing of 3.76 billion ordinary shares of Airtel Africa planned for 05 July to ensure the operator meets its listing requirement. NSE said the postponement will enable Airtel meet all the post NSE approval pre-requisites for listing on the NSE.
