Mobile telecom operator Econet Wireless, the leader in the Zimbabwean telecoms market, has signed a multi-year service contract with Subex, one of the world’s leading providers of telecom analysis solutions. Through the adoption of Subex’s Analytics Center of Trust (ACT) offer, Econet Wireless Zimbabwe aims to become an independent, data-driven organization to improve operational efficiency. 

By leveraging ACT’s predictive analytics capabilities, Econet Wireless will be able to more quickly analyze its various business and technical data and make the necessary decisions as quickly as possible. Econet Wireless will be able to anticipate product performance, identify new products and explore areas in which consumption can be increased, improve network coverage by identifying potential sites for 4G upgrades, identify critical and competitive areas in the future. Customer segmentation function, always have a head start for full customer satisfaction.
