“We have launched a program to engage all people with social media platforms to develop a content management approach, because when there is a lie, it is misinformation, defamation. This is the fundamental goal of content regulation, protecting our citizens and ensuring we create a safe space for everyone, “said Paula Ingabire.
“All countries, especially developed economies, are already embarking on a content regulation campaign on social media platforms.
