The Angolan subsidiary of KPMG, the international network of auditing and consulting firms, has been selected by the interministerial working group charged with the awarding of the country’s 4th telecom license, to evaluate all stages process and the proposals of interested parties.

In addition to providing expert advice on the evaluation and review of all tender documentation, as well as the evaluation of applications, offers and the preparation of the tender process. As a result, KPMG Angola will also support the international promotion of the call for tenders for the fourth Angolan telecom license, which will soon be launched in order to capture the interest of the main telecommunications operators in the world.

The Angolan Ministry of Finance underlined that “the tendering procedure will take place on the platform of the national system of electronic public procurement, in order to best guarantee transparency, efficiency and effectiveness” .
