Since Friday, November 19, 2021, Vodacom Congo has a new Deputy General Manager in the person of Mrs. Pamela Ilunga. Ms. Ilunga was appointed to this key position by decision of the Board of Directors of Vodacom Congo, alongside Mr. Khalil Al Americani, Chief Executive Officer, in order to ensure in particular the management of External Relations, Communication, related aspects sustainable development as well as the Vodacom Foundation.
Arrived at Vodacom Congo in 2015 as Director of Human Resources, Ms. Pamela Ilunga, during her tenure, succeeded in restoring the image of Human Resources in particular, with the union delegation and employees, brilliantly ensuring the digital transformation journey. Thanks to its charismatic leadership, Vodacom RDC has obtained and retained the title of “Best Employer” for 5 consecutive years.
With over 16 years of experience in human resources and leadership acquired in various sectors in South Africa, Gabon and DRC, Ms. Pamela Ilunga holds a B.Com in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria, a certificate in business management from Wits Business School and is part of the 2018 cohort of “Vodafone Inspire Allumni” in partnership with the London Business School.
