Airtel Africa extends MoU on tower sale in Chad and Gabon to Helios

Airtel Africa announced that it entered into memorandum of understanding agreements for the potential sale of its tower assets in Chad and Gabon to Helios Towers. Their previous arrangement announced nearly a year ago expired 24 February, as completion is still subject to Helios Towers obtaining a passive infrastructure licence.
